DJ Sixsmith is a nationally recognized broadcaster and journalist. He has called college athletics on Fox Sports, ESPN 3, the Big East Digital Network, Campus Insiders, NEC Front Row, the Patriot League Digital Network and the Atlantic 10 Digital Network. DJ has also called high school sports on MSG Varsity and Connecticut Public Television. The Connecticut native can be heard daily hosting CBS Sports Radio Round Up on from 2-6pm.

In addition to his work as a sportscaster, Sixsmith has had articles published on AOL Sports, NFL.com, CBSSportsRadio.com, CBSLocalSports.com, ESPNHS, ThePostGame.com, SportsFanLive.com, TheRamRealm.com, Westport Patch and Westport News. Sixsmith hosted a weekly podcast on AOL Sports called Game Time. Past guests include NBA Hall of Famer Julius Erving, Detroit Pistons Head Coach Stan Van Gundy and World Series champion Mookie Wilson.

DJ graduated from Fordham University in May 2015 Cum Laude with a BA in Journalism. He won the 2015 Marty Glickman Award for excellence in play by play at Fordham and was a member of the Dean’s List and the communications honors society Lamda Pi Eta.
